      Currently debezium only supports kafka version up to 3.9 with zookeeper. Latests strimzi version and the newest (to be released, 2025 Q2) AMQ version will support Kafka 4.0 but they will drop the support for Zookeeper and only KRaft mode is supported. We should update the codebase to support this versions and modes.
