Implement support for Change Stream Clients stopLoggingOnClose parameter.

Default behaviour is to stop full row logging of watched tables when the change stream client is closed. This can cause problems if more than one commector is listening to the same table.

Suggestion is adding this as a parameter to the connector configuration and forwarding it the the client connection.
