Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

At this moment, debezium sends sends snapshot notifications with different statuses such as STARTED, IN_PROGRESS, etc.
The IN_PROGRESS notification currently contains information about the current collection that is being snapshotted, as well as a field called "data_collections", which i suppose contains all collections that are about to be snapshotted. 
The STARTED notifications, however, does not contain any useful information.
Can we add the information about all the captured tables which will be snapshotted in the addition_details. I think that this will be a more logical place to show this information, instead of including it in every IN_PROGRESS notification.
