Extract base Docker image for Kafka Connect with no connectors

      Please offer a more recent version of Kafka (v0.10.0.0) in Docker, that plays better with Kafka Connect.

      For example, when I try to use debezium/connect:0.2 with debezium/kafka:0.2, I get an error about connect being unable to read topic metadata.
