Setting Oracle buffer type to an unsupported/invalid value is not validated properly

      By setting the Oracle buffer type to a value that isn't supported, such as ehcache on Debezium 2.7 will report:

      cannot invoke \"io.debezium.connector.OracleConnectorConfig$LogMiningBufferType.isInfinispan()\" because \"bufferType\" is null

      We should guard against this and report that the buffer type is invalid.
