At this point where we have Debezium Server, Debezium Operator and now Debezium Platform it will be good to have a dedicated section in the nav bar of the documentation to better highlight those components.

We would keep the old `Operations/Debezium Server` entry just to then point to the new page. 

In this way we start giving more importance to those components.
