      Feature request or enhancement

For feature requests or enhancements, provide this information, please:

Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

We need to find out if source connectors (oracle/sqlserver) have caught up to processing the current date's data.

For this purpose, what we are thinking is if we can have a metrics which can tell what the last timestamp was source connector has processed which can be added as a metric.

Currently for Oracle/SQL Server we are manually converting SCN and LSN from my_connect_offset topic to timestamp to understand if it has caught up or not. This is a painstaking task. If we can provide this information in the JMX it would be great.

      Implementation ideas (optional)

      Oracle:

Convert the Current SCN to timestamp and show in the new metrics.

      SQL Server:

Use something similar (Max LSN) convert to timestamp which can show in the new metrics
