Ability to rewrite deleted records

      I'd like to support of different way of handling deleted records in UnwrapFromEnvelope SMT.
      Currently we can only pass or remove them.
      My solution is to add '__deleted' column which will be set to true or false.

      • false - when record was created or updated
      • true - when record was deleted
