Currently in the Pipeline designer flow the data flow is being represented as small circle moving along the source-transform-destination.
But in the case of adding transform we end up in a scenario where are at-least four or more than that blocks and thus same number of moving circles which tend to be looking distracting from this point. 

Design Ideas:

• Remove the Moving circle and instead used the doted like with animation of dots representing the data flow
• Keep the colour graded lines but remove the multi circle moving between the two line, instead have a single circle which is moving from source to the destination via single or multiple transform blocks.
