We need to expose an endpoint which can be used for signal sending to deployed DS instance.

Questions to decide

• Create a specific REST API in the UI backend which would then trigger the signal in arbitrary manner (e.g. calling DS API or later REST extension API or even JMX / File)?
• Create a generic proxy to DS API? What about other deployment options in the future?
