Conditionalization implemented for single-sourcing MySQL/MariaDB content isn't working as expected

In the community version of the MariaDB and MySQL documentation, the MYSQL and MARIADB conditionals that the shared content file (/partials/shared-mariadb-mysql.adoc) uses to designate context-specific information work as expected. However, in the downstream documentation, the conditionalization seems to be ignored. As a result, information is omitted from the build.

      Implementation ideas

I might be able to work this by first adding conditionals to add separate product and community versions of a passage that should render different information, such as a specific URL, for each connector, and then inserting attributes in the product version to represent the connector-specific values.

Because the proposed attributes would be used only in the product version, they should only have to be declared in the downstream attributes.adoc file, not in the antora.yml file that we use to define documentation attributes in the community docs.
