Unfortunately RollingUpdate leads to potential even ordering violations. In case of file offset store this might lead to concurrent file writes or (when RWO PVC is used) it can completely prevent the new pod to come up (due to deadlock on the PVC)

We should likely make this configurable, however recreate should be the default.
