In the AbstractLogMinerEventProcessor, we already log when a transaction is abandoned or discarded by the connector due to its lifetime in the buffer; however, the only log detail is the Transaction ID.

Add a specialized named logger that will include additional details about the abandoned transaction, such as the tables affected.
