Move JDBC sink connector into main repository

      With the new MongoDB sink, there is the potential for some code sharing, particularly around configuration and perhaps other contracts that would be easier to manage and maintain if both sink connectors were in the same repository.

      Proposal is to move the JDBC sink connector into the core repository as a module, under the debezium-connector-jdbc module directory name.
