The Debezium Oracle connector would establish a baseline for the current state of the database by retrieving its entire history.
Snapshot step 1 – Preparing.
Snapshot step 2 – Determining captured tables and adding all non-default schemas and tables of the connected database to the list of capture schema tables.
Snapshot step 3 – Locking captured tables.
