As of now to capture a table change (update or new created table) after the initial snapshot there are only two options:

      • Delete the schema topic/file and re-do a snapshot (i.e using recovery snapshot mode)
      • Edit the schema file to reflect the schema changes.

Both options are to advanced so we want to provide a more easy way to do so.

      Possible options:

      • Provide a dedicated signal to trigger the update of schema for the provided tables.
      • Evaluate the use of the blocking snapshot signal using the  "no_data" snapshot mode

We want to add this change as a new change and we don't want to reprocess all changes.

Non functional requirement: choose the option more easy to implement.
