MongoDbReplicaSet and MongoDbShardedCluster should not create a new network for each builder instance by default

The current MongoDbReplicaSet and MongoDbShardedCluster builder pattern creates a new network for each instance, and we likely can reuse the same network. If an external party supplies a network implementation, closing that network becomes the caller's responsibility.
