Hi, 

I am using Informix source connector to capture all events occurring on a table existing on the Informix database and publishing messages in the topic on KAFKA. However, using the attached configurations, I am only able to achieve 600 TPS and facing delays of 3 minutes between the insert done and the message being published. The delay only worsens as I increase the TPS and the targeted TPS is 1000. 

Kindly suggest configurations or methods which could be used to improve the TPS without facing big delays.
