Update binlog when MySQL binlog rotation

We use Debezium to export the contents of table t_a from MySQL instance X.

After some time, the contents of table t_a were not updated, but the other tables on the instance were updated, leading to the rotation of the binlog.

Subsequently, we restarted Debezium, which resulted in an error stating that the binlog does not exist.
Debezium did not update the stored binlog information when there were no updates to the include table.
