Allow to download containers also from Docker Hub

Currently we search for container images only on quay.io. Some containers, e.g. rocketmq, are however published only on Docker Hub. Add Docker Hub as a back up option for container download. Also allow to customize container version regex as it may differ across the containers, e.g. rocketmq doesn't use the .Final suffix.
