Add Start CDC hook in Reselect Columns PostProcessor Tests

For connectors like Db2 and SQL Server, we enable table-level CDC during the creation of the table, which means that inserts that are meant to be caught by the snapshot only get replicated as a CDC / Streaming event as well, leading to test inconsistencies.
