Oracle Connector creates a new string when reading SQL_REDO column only if CSF column value is 1.
What behaviour do you see?
Oracle connector always creates a new string during SQL_REDO column read without taking into account CSF column value.
Do you see the same behaviour using the latest relesead Debezium version?
