Reinstate the Github actions for updated UI repo

      after the code update for the debezium Ui repo, we have disabled some of the GitHub actions configured for the old code. now that we have merged the updated code reinstate the GitHub actions back

      • Sanity check with E2E UI test cases
      • Run UI test cases
