Add ability to avoid throwing an exception for missing additional fields

If the user configures additional fields in the Outbox SMT and they don't exist in the payload, the call to `Struct#get` will throw an error.

By adding table.fields.additional.error.on.missing, which defaults to true to retain the current behavior, a user can opt-in to relaxing this and allowing the SMT to skip such missing fields gracefully.
