Debezium tries to fetch all collections from all databases and then applies database & collection filters to identify collections to monitor.

io.debezium.connector.mongodb.Replicator#performInitialSync

This is an issue because;

• In case of no access to a given database connector generates errors
• Unnecessary data is collected which is eventually filtered
