kindly need your help on fixing the execution of blocking snapshot (Minor Bugs)

• the `data-collections` field when performing blocking snapshot is not working when filled with db_name.table_name. It does work if we filled it with replica_set_name.db_name.table_name

What Debezium connector do you use and what version?

Debezium Server 2.4.0.Final

What is the connector configuration?

None

What is the captured database version and mode of depoyment?

(E.g. on-premises, with a specific cloud provider, etc.)

What behaviour do you expect?

• The snapshot works if we only fill db_name.table_name instead of requiring to fill the replica set name also.

What behaviour do you see?

The snapshot won't run when only fill it with db_name.table_name.

Do you see the same behaviour using the latest relesead Debezium version?

(Ideally, also verify with latest Alpha/Beta/CR version)
