smt convertTimezone adds additional configuration to support datetime type field data format, changing from 1699352982000 to 2023-11-07 18:29:42

This work is usually handled by adding additional code downstream when using debezium data. Each downstream user needs to process it again. It would be great if debezium could officially support this matter.
