The only logging that Oracle does at commit time is either at TRACE-level or WARN-level when errors or problems occur in those handlers. We should consider introducing a DEBUG-level log event to identify when commits are observed in the logs for analysis purposes when TRACE-level logging isn't permissible in a user's environment.
