The Postgres replication slot advance check was disabled because it was unreliable. I believe the change https://github.com/debezium/debezium/pull/4502 fixes that unreliability, so we should enable the check. If you feel that's risky we should probably have separate config param. With the current logic there will be data loss if the replication slot is dropped for some reason.
