Docker 1.9 has been out for a bit, and its probably time to upgrade. Recently, the same build that's been working on Docker 1.6 no longer appears to work on my local development box, though it does work on Travis-CI. The only way I was able to get it working again was to upgrade Docker to 1.9.1 and (on OS X) to migrate from Boot2Docker to Docker Machine.

Since Debezium is new, it should be pretty easy to bump up the Docker requirement to 1.9 or higher.
