The changes implemented in DBZ-6989 corrected downstream build errors caused by the invalid structure of the incremental snapshots shared partials files.
However, content related to using the Kafka signaling channel to trigger and stop incremental snapshots fails to render in the downstream build.
This change proposes a minor revision to change the downstream `Type` annotation of the Incremental snapshots topic from concept to an assembly so that the tooling that processes the upstream files automatically converts the subsequent topics into modules contained by that assembly.

The change applies to the files for all of the productized source connectors.
