Currently, a single Oracle streaming JMX metrics bean is responsible for capturing and holding the metrics for XStream, LogMiner, and OpenLogReplicator.

We should consider refactoring this bean so that there are 3 unique implementations and a common abstract implementation that shares common attributes across all ingestion adapters.

Documentation will also need to be adjusted to support this.
