While the OpenLogReplicator docker image can be used with our Oracle images, it requires that our Oracle images write the contents of the database out to a shared volume and this requires additional configuration in Oracle which we don't currently support in an automated way.

We should build a new Oracle image that includes LogMiner + OpenLogReplicator and only start OpenLogReplicator in the image if and only if an environment variable has been set, i.e. "USE_OPENLOGREPLICATOR=true".
