Many of the critical diagnosis log messages are written at the TRACE log level; however, this level also includes the REDO SQL from V$LOGMNR_CONTENTS. For specific environments, providing TRACE logging can be difficult as logs must be sanitized prior and sometimes users may be reluctant to go through that process if their log volume is high.

We should bring key important log messages up to the DEBUG log level and refrain from logging any REDO SQL except at the TRACE log level. This should allow an easier time for users to provide the critical details needed during diagnosis without needing to sanitize the logs beforehand.
