According to https://debezium.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/350571-community-dbz-server/topic/Storing.20offsets.20in.20Kafka.3A.20null.20ptr.20exception the Kafka offset store initialization ends with NPE as null is passed instead of topic admin supplier.

Also Kafka sink should use KafkaOffsetStore in integration tests so similar issues are detected in future.
