Intermittent test failure: io.debezium.connector.db2.Db2ConnectorIT.restartInTheMiddleOfTx

      During my latest test runs I discovered that this DB2 test fails and when restarted it mostly recovers:

      Error:  io.debezium.connector.db2.Db2ConnectorIT.restartInTheMiddleOfTx  Time elapsed: 48.877 s  <<< FAILURE!
