Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

These logs could be logged for every message received if all transactions are partial/multi-response transactions. For keyspaces where many transactions are in these categories, these lines get logged far too frequently for an INFO log, since they are logged for every message received. For large keyspaces this creates a lot of noise in the log. The log level should instead be debug, where similar to other parts of the replication connection where each message is logged in debug mode.
