Allow the embedded infinispan global configuration to be configurable.

Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

Ability to modify/override the default infinispan configuration.

Implementation ideas (optional)

Provide a global configuration xml setting similar to the other settings used to configure the infinispan caches.
