the `data-collections` property is a list of string (but they are patterns), they are expanded in order. With a wrong patterns this can lead to snapshot a table multiple times. 

In the initial snapshot a set  is used to remove eventually duplicated collection. 

Provide same logic also for the incremental snapshot but the order must be preserved.
