There is a enhancement in the binlog client version stemming from this issue: https://github.com/osheroff/mysql-binlog-connector-java/issues/98
Which includes https://github.com/osheroff/mysql-binlog-connector-java/pull/101 and https://github.com/osheroff/mysql-binlog-connector-java/pull/102

Upgrade the MySQL Binlog Client Version to 0.28.1

There is a test issue stemming from https://github.com/osheroff/mysql-binlog-connector-java/pull/101/files#diff-6afe8c41151c0677c4aae807c37a98caaa376f5554487ecda8276fb6080c208aR86 but I'll it in the PR
