Postgres tests for toasted byte array and toasted date array fail with decoderbufs plugin

      The tests written for toasted byte array and toasted date array called `shouldHandleToastedByteArrayColumn` and `shouldHandleToastedDateArrayColumn`
      in the `RecordsStreamProducerIT` test class always fail with assertion error when ran with decoderbufs plugin. Moreover their code is identical so I doubt they are correct.
