The Notifications documentation was only partially prepared for downstream use. In addition to the following two items that I previously identified as resulting in build errors, I made additional changes to ready the content for use downstream.

• On L56 of notification.adoc, a missing ID for the topic Status of initial snapshot results in a broken xref that targets that topic.
• On L54 of notification.adoc a typo in the xref to debezium-notifications-about-the-progress-of-incremental-snapshot (trailing "s" is missing in snapshots) results in a broken link to that topic.
