Connecting DBZ to MongoDB with AWS IAM role-based authentication, which requires setting the mechanism property `AWS_CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER` to be a custom class that creates a session and provides its credentials

Extract setting the username and password from `ConnectionContext` to a separate class

Add `mongodb.authentication.class` config property that allows changing that class
