Upstream documentation missing types for configurations

      I have found out that some of the configuration items in our documentation are missing type in which it should be entered to properties file.

      Just as example `debezium.sink.redis.ssl.enabled`

       - There is nothing said about this being boolean variable although it is kinda clear from the name bud across the doc there are a lot of cases like this where it is not so clear...
