Connector metrics documentation refers to connector-type.server.name in several of the JMX MBean naming areas of the documentation and this can be misleading for the user to connect the dots that the value is actually the topic.prefix.

With Debezium 2 and the repurposing of the database.server.name to topic.prefix, we should probably update these references to now state:

server=<topic.prefix>
