Missing setting for the automatic history topic creation

Hello,

I had an issue where my history topic was cleaned by kafka because I had a broker setting setting a time limit retention on each topic not compacted.

I checked the PR implementing the historyu topic creation by Debezium and there is only the time retention set. What about the size limit ?

I also have a broker setting for the size limit set.
