Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

I am embedding Debezium into my application and want to be able to await a graceful shutdown of the connector. Calling the close method does not wait until the connector actually stops.

Implementation ideas (optional)

Add the await methods to the io.debezium.engine.DebeziumEngine interface.
