Mutiple Kafka Connect URIs not working in Debezium UI

      Setup 2 kafka connect instances and then run Debezium UI 2.2 container as per https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/stable/operations/debezium-ui.html#_debezium_ui_container_image but pass two URIs

      Debezium UI will show a dropdown with both URIs in top left corner but changing to second uri does absolutely nothing.

      Nothing is logged in Chrome console and no requests in Network tab.
