      Two new properties are introduced

      capture.scope

      which can be either "deployment" or "database". In future the intention is to also support
      "collection" scope.

      and 

      capture.target

      which is applicable to "database" scope and should be set to the name of the captured database. In future this will also be used to specify collection name for "collection" scope.
