Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

Currently there is an issue with releasing of memory used by Debezium user inside Oracle DB. I believe it occurs only in specific environments but it's hard to say why.

Open new connection after each log switch / session timeout or use spare one from connection pool.
